Because life has a way of pulling us out of the moment and into everything else, this ritualised practice becomes a tool for deep presence.

A somatic exploration, an integration of body, breath and being.

Emphasis on linking breath to movement. Classes are sequenced in a way which cultivate the skills to gradually shift to a calmer, steadier, more peaceful place in body and mind while building on strength and balance.

With a short Yoga Nidra and sound to close, classes are a duration of 60 mins.
