4 Week beginners course

4 1-1 classes over a period of 4 weeks working on the fundamentals of the practice which will focus on:

  • Finding the best modifications for poses to suit your body

  • pose breakdowns with manual adjustments so you can feel each pose properly

  • building familiarity with flows so you can gain a self practice or feel more confident to join a class

  • taking time with breath-work so you become comfortable to explore movement from a more grounded, embodied place

Classes will take place in the comfort of your own home and all equipment will be provided, although you may wish to eventually purchase your own to continue a home practice.

A google form will be attached to your receipt, this is your online consultation form. Please answer the questions as fully as possible BEFORE scheduling your class to allow an appropriate class to be planned.
