FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I bring to the retreat?

We recommend bringing comfortable clothes to practice in as well as hiking boots and waterproofs for our time outside. You will also need a towel and swimming costume if you wish to swim. No need to bring your mat or equipment unless you would like to as all is provided. We will send a packing list before the retreat.

Is it okay to attend alone? Will I feel comfortable as a solo traveler?

Absolutely! Many people attend yoga retreats solo, and it’s a greats opportunity to meet like minded individuals in a supportive environment, and many make new friends. Personally its my favourite way to attend a retreat.

We create a welcoming community, and our retreat activities are designed to encourage connection.

You’ll also have your own space when you need it so you can engage as much as little as you like.

What other activities are available other then yoga?

In addition to yoga, this retreat offers complementary activities in nature such as hiking, various different meditations, optional wild swimming and sound healing.

Can I skip activities or sessions if I want to relax on my own?

Yes, all sessions and activities are optional, so your welcome to skip anything that doesn’t feel right for you.

Yoga retreats are meant to be rejuvenating, so you can personalise your experience by joining in as much or as Little as you like.

Many attendees find balance between scheduled activities and personal downtime. Some guests get involved with everything!

What level of Yoga? experiences is required?

This retreat is designed to accommodate all levels from beginners to advanced practitioners.

What type of food will be served?

Meals served at our yoga retreat are vegetarian, nourishing and designed to compliment the Yoga experience, often with a focus on organic and locally sourced ingredients, all prepared by our private chef.
