Perfect for those new to Yoga, looking to de-stress, wanting to take a class at a calmer pace or to complement other practices like running, cycling, tennis and weight training.

Emphasis on linking breath to movement, flexibility comes while releasing tension in the body and stress from the mind.

With a short Yoga Nidra and sound to close, classes are a duration of 60 mins.
