Hi, I’m Gemma
 

 

I am a London based Yoga teacher with 500hr+ in trainings of various styles from India, Thailand and the uk.

Yoga first caught my eye as a physical practice, getting stronger and more flexible whilst working up a sweat.

This suited me for quite some time, and let’s face it, those endorphins feel good.

But more then this, slowly I started to find more balance in life and learned to listen to my body and calm my mind.

Day by day anxiety and depression eased off allowing me to have a more positive outlook on the world around me.

Eventually my love for Yoga took me to India, where I gained my 200hr Vinyasa and Ashtanga qualifications in March 2019, before returning home to share the practice with others. I continued my education with courses in Yin Yoga and a further 100hr with meditation which led me to train in Yoga Nidra and then sound healing. Rounding my trainings up with my 300hr in Tantra in Thailand. Always a student, I’m constantly updating my knowledge and gaining wisdom from fellow Yogis, which I blend to create my classes and a full Yoga experience.

I truly believe Yoga is for everybody and would benefit everyone in their life’s.
